Du Mahn was a female Jedi during the Clone Wars. Mahn served the Order by training youngling Jedi before they received their Padawan apprenticeships. At the end of the Clone Wars, Du Mahn was stationed at a Jedi training facility on Bogden 3 where she supervised the Soaring Hawkbat Clan alongside Chase Piru. During the Second Battle of Coruscant, Jedi Master Yoda advised Master Mahn to remain on Bogden 3 until the battle concluded.

While Master Mahn and the Soaring Hawkbat Clan waited for word from Master Yoda, Jedi Masters K'Kruhk and Sian Jeisel arrived needing a place to repair their damaged ship after an attack from a Separatist cruiser. Master Mahn welcomed the Jedi Masters and prepared a special dinner in their honor prepared by the young Jedi trainees themselves. Sadly, Darth Sidious issued Order 66 just as dinner was to begin. If it were not for Master K'Kruhk's precognitive abilities, all of the Jedi may have died there that day.

However, K'Kruhk, Jeisel, and Chase Piru managed to fend off the attack getting many of the younglings to safety. While Master Mahn managed to block the clonetroopers shots and protect the younglings, a trooper's shot found its target in Master Mahn's back. Luckily, Master Mahn did not die in vain as her efforts allowed K'Kruhk, Jeisel, and Chase Piru to shepherd the younglings onto the shuttle escaping Bogden 3 to safety.
